About the hotel

What is All Inclusive?
The price plan includes the cost of accommodation, food and drink in the hotel's café and bar, and the use of facilities such as fitness.
So you can enjoy a free and comfortable stay in the hotel without having to worry about your wallet.
What is the best rate guarantees at the official website?
If the rate on the THIRD ISHIGAKI official website is higher than other reservation sites altough the contents are same, please contact us within 24 hours of making your reservation using the special form.
We will do our due diligence and if the best rate is not met, we guarantee that you will stay at the same rate as the one you were informed of.
What are the shared facilities in the building?
Other than the cafe and the bar, there are 24 hours open library lounge, rooftop, jaquzzi, fitness gym and hookah. (Due to prevent the spread of COVID-19, fitness gym and hookah are currently closed.)
Are there any age limits of using the pool?
All ages are welcome. Please feel free to contact the hotel with any problems or concerns you may have when taking your children.
Is it possible to take with wheelchairs?
Yes, you may use them. You may also use the wheel chair parking lot at the hotel. Please contact the hotel in advance.
I am planning to stay for an anniversary, can the hotel provide flowers, cakes or etc.?
If you contact us earlier, we can prepare for your special day. Please contact us directly.
Are there any smoking areas in the building?
All facilites are smoking free.
Is it possible to smoke if it is electronic cigarettes?
Since all facilites are smoking free, you may not use electronical cigarettes.
Is it possible to stay with my pets?
Only assistance dogs (e.g., guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs, etc.) are allowed to accompany you.

What is the brand of the matress?
All rooms use "Simons"
Are there any water in the guestroom? Also, can I get some ice as well?
There is enough drinking water in the guest rooms for all the guests. If you would like ice, please contact the information desk on the second floor.
Is there a barrier-free room?
Only "Junior Suite Seaview Living" is barrier-free.
Is there a DVD or Blu-ray player in the guestroom?
There are no facilities in the guest rooms to play the DVDs or Blu-rays you bring with you. If you wish to watch movies, cartoons or dramas, please use Netflix, which is installed in all rooms.
Is there a connecting room?
No, we do not have a connecting room.

About hotel facilities

Is there a Wi-Fi?
You may use the free Wi-Fi in the builidaings. Please check the tablet in the guestroom for the Wi-Fi ID and the password.
Is there a computer and other facilities for Internet access in the hotel?
Please use the tablet in the guestroom.
Is there a laundry machine?
Free use of the SHARP drum washer and dryer in the laundry room on the third floor. Detergent is also free.
Are there ATMs and foreign currency exchange machines in the hotel?
No, we do not. You can find them in the Terminal or at the nearby convenience store (Family Mart 730 Memorial Monument Store).
Is there a public bath or a swimming pool?
No, we do not. Do you have access to the fitness room? Available from 7am to 11pm.

No, we do not. Please prepare by yourself.

All the toilets in the hotel are Western-style toilets with washlets.
Is there an ice machine in the hotel?
No, we do not have any. If you would like to use ice, it will be provided at the Information Desk (2nd floor).
Is there anywhere that I can print my document?
No, we do not have one.

About Cafe & Bar Lounge

About Check-in / check-out

Please tell me the check-in time and the check-out time.
The check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and the check-out time will be 10:00 a.m.
What time do I need to check-in?
Please check-in by 10:00 p.m.
Is it possible to ask for leaving the baggages before check-in and after check-out?
Please use the baggage port on the second floor. If you want to use the luggage port before check-in or after check-out, you can do so until the day of your visit.
Is it possible to use the common area in the facility even after the check-out?
As for the shared spaces, they are available. All-inclusive service ends at checkout.

About payment / cancellation

Can I use a credit card?
The following credit card companies are accepted

You can use SUICA, PASMO, ICOCA and other electronic money.
Can I pay with cash?
No, you can not.
When is the time to pay the accomondation fee?
We ask for advance payment on the official website and various accommodation booking sites.
If I cancel my reservation, do I have to pay a cancellation fee?
The following cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations after making a reservation.

(1)Except special seasons
・20% of all nights from 2 days prior
・From 6pm one day before.

In case of cancellation on the day or no-show, 100% of the total night's rent will be charged.

Please note that the rules and regulations may be different for other accommodation booking websites. Please be aware that the rules may differ depending on the accommodation booking site.

About reservation

Is it possible to wait for the cancellation of the reservation?
We do not accept reservations on the waiting list. Please contact the hotel at any time.
I made a reservation through the hotel reservation website, can I change or cancel it?
Please make changes or cancellations through your reservation website.
If I book more than one room, is it possible to reserve a room nearby?
As possible as we could, we will try to match rooms in the vicinity.
They may not be adjacent to each other depending on your room type. Please note that it may not be adjacent to the hotel.
If you don't wish to be nearby, please contact the hotel after making a reservation.

About access

Please tell me the access from the Shinishigaki Airport.
Please use the bus, taxi or rent-a-car to get to the Ishigaki Port Island Terminal.
Is there a pick-up service from the airport?
No, we don't.
Is there a parking lot?
There is no private parking for the hotel. If you are coming by car, please use the nearest paid parking lot.
In addition, wheelchair users can use the onsite wheelchair parking lot only.
Where is the nearest parking lot?
The nearest parking lots are as follows

1) Ishigaki Port Tashima Terminal, Tashima Pier No. 1 Parking Lot (about 50 cars)
Access: 1 minute walk (right across the front walkway in front of the hotel)

2) Ishigaki Port Island Terminal, Remote Island Terminal, Remote Island Pier No. 2 Parking Lot (about 100 cars)
Access: 1 minute walk (right across the front walkway in front of the hotel)

3) Ishigaki Port Terminal Terminal 2 Temporary Terminal 2 Parking Lot (about 170 cars)
Access: 2 minutes walk (at the back of Misaki Town Park on the right out of the hotel entrance)

4. Yashima No. 2 Parking Lot (about 150 cars)
Access: 7 minutes walk (1-chome, Yashima-cho, Ishigaki City, Okinawa Prefecture)

Common Rates for All Parking Lots
100 yen per hour for the first hour and 50 yen for every 30 minutes thereafter.
 At night (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM) only, add 50 yen per hour
 If you lose your parking ticket: 1,800 yen (add confirmation date)

About other accommodations and services

Is it possible to send the luggage from the hotel?
Please send your "name" and "accommodation schedule" written on your reservation form to the following address.

Please allow plenty of time for delivery, as delivery status is highly dependent on weather conditions in Ishigaki Island.
 The hotel is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by weather conditions.

No, we do not have rent a car. Please use the nearest rent a car shop.
Do I pay an extra service fee besides the accommodation fee?
No, we do not fund any. The hotel service fee is already included in your accommodation fee.
Can I ask for a room service?
No,we do not take any room services.
Can I ask for a wakeup call?
No, we do not take any morning calls.
Is there a hospital?
We have a general hospital (emergency services available), pediatrics, ENT, dentistry, and ophthalmology.
Can we cook with the foods we brought in?
No, you can not.
When are the dates of Mekutabi coupons available?
Mekutabi coupons are available for the following dates

Available dates: weekdays only (including check-in and check-out)
This service cannot be used over holidays, such as Check-in Friday / Check-out Saturday.
It cannot be used over holidays such as check-in Friday/check-out Saturday, etc. *The period from Tuesday, December 29th to Monday, January 4th is excluded.
Where can I find the room rate when using the Mektabi coupon?
The room rates shown on the official website and other OTAs are based on early bird rates. Please contact the hotel for information on room rates before the early bird discount is applied. Please note that this discount cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts such as early bird rates.

About stay with children

What happens to the accommodation fee when staying with a child?
Preschool children stay for free; children under 11 years of age are charged at the children's room rate.
Is there a kids menu at the cafe?
We offer a kids' menu so that even children can enjoy it.
Do you have amenities for children?
Amenities such as children's toothbrushes, slippers and pajamas are provided.
A limited number of diapers, wet wipes, etc. are also available.
Is there a kids room?
No, there is not. Picture books are available for children to enjoy in the book lounge.
Can I rent baby goods?
A limited number of stoller, baby bed, bed shield, bath tub and other baby goods are also available.
Can the baby bottles be disinfected and sterilized?
Let us disinfect and sanitize the baby bottle with a microwave sterilizer.
